Fueguia 1833 North America accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, sampled, or removed from their protective seal.

Carefully pack the unopened product in its original Fueguia 1833 wooden box and shipping carton to ensure the fragile contents are protected during transit.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our laboratory verifies the integrity of the seal and packaging, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
